摘要: 针对循环氢压缩机C9101出现推力瓦块测温探头失效的情况,结合推力轴承的结构,认为设计方未全面考虑因推力瓦块摆动和油流作用造成仪表引线产生偏摆、磨损,在布置仪表引线时未根据润滑油流速和油控制环的结构进行模拟分析,存在设计缺陷;机械制造方面因温包孔和油控制环出线槽处无倒角,又加剧了仪表引线的磨损。按照文中所述的改进措施组织施工,彻底消除了机组安全隐患,为装置平稳生产提供了保障。
Abstract: In the operation process of the C9101 circulating hydrogen compressor, temperature probe of thrust pad can not operate normally. After the structural analysis of thrust bearing, we know that without considering the abrasion caused by the nodding action of the thrust pad and the oil flow in the design, no structural simulation analysis of the oil flow rate and oil control ring had been made before. Some unchamfered equipment parts intensified the abrasion of the wire. After the im-provement measures mentioned in the paper are employed, the potential safety hazard was com-pletely eliminated and the security operation of the device was ensured also.
