The New Scope of the Management of Network Society in the New Normal

摘要: 迅速发展的互联网新技术深刻影响人们的生产和生活方式，丰富了人民群众的精神需求，推动了经济社会向前发展，但由于网络发展机制不健全，网络法规不完善，网民素质良莠不齐，致使网络社会治理面临着新的挑战和问题。面对网络社会发展趋势，如何有效掌控网络社会主导权，引导我国网络社会健康发展，必须立足当前、统筹兼顾，以新常态的管理意识，加强和创新网络社会治理，构建多管齐下的治理模式，形成有中国特色的网络社会治理体系。

Abstract: The new rapidly developing internet technology has a profound impact on the production mode and lifestyle of people, where people’s spiritual need is fulfilled and economic society is pushed forward. But at the same time, we can’t be blind to the fact that the faultiness of the regulation and law about network and intermingled qualities of netizens result in challenges in managing network society. Standing in the trend of the highly rocketing evolution of network society, it’s crucial for us to hold the leading wand of network society’s management. In order to bring the network society of our nation into a healthy development, we should stand from the present, make overall plans with all factors into consideration, and manage with new consciousness in the new normal to strengthen and innovate the management of network society. With different modes of management put into practice, we can expect a network society management with Chinese characteristic.
