Establishing and Managing Academic Public Service Platform in Bioscience of Colleges and Universities

摘要: 本文根据几年的建设实践，通过搭建高校科研公共技术平台，建立了特色区域实验室，并将具有公用性和开放性的大型精密仪器设备集中分类设置，建立统一预约管理和有效的运行机制，实现开放共享，提高其使用率，为技术企业和研发人员乃至教学提供先进、高效、低成本的服务。

Abstract: According to several years of construction practice of an academy, we constructed the public technology platform of scientific research in colleges and universities. The public and exoteric large precise instruments were conducted the centralized control management and could be used together, in order to form advanced management, finest equipment, high-quality services, high ef-ficiency public open experimental techniques and high level public service platform. The above work was used to alleviate the shortage problem of research funding, form scientific management norms of large precise instrument, realize open sharing, improve the utilization rate and provide advanced, efficient and low-cost services for technical enterprise, research personnel and education.
