中国朋辈互助养老模式的探索

The Exploration of China Peer Support Pension Mode

摘要: 为应对我国老龄化的加速发展，各种不同的养老模式应运而生。目前存在的养老模式都未真正的满足我国的养老需求。本文综合分析各养老模式存在的问题，结合我国养老面临的问题以及我国独有的有利条件，提出了适合我国国情的“朋辈互助养老模式”，希望可以推动我国养老事业的发展。

Abstract: In order to meet the accelerated development of the aging of our country, variety of different pension models came into being. At present, there is no real pension model to meet the needs of our country’s pension. This paper comprehensively analyzes the existing problems of the pension model, and combining with the problems of our country and the unique advantages of our country, puts forward suitable for China’s “peer mutual pension model”, hoping to promote the development of China's pension career.
