独立院校教学考核体系改革探究与实践
Study and Practice on Teaching Evaluating System in Independent Institute
摘要:
教学考核是教学过程中不可或缺的组成部分,完善的课程考核体系是培养创新型高素质人才的保证。本文根据独立学院学生的特点,基于独立学院教学管理和教学过程中存在的问题,提出构建“一个定位、三条原则”的教学质考核评价体系,完善质量管理制度和管理机制,合理高效地利用课程考核促进教育和培养人才的要求。
Abstract:
Teaching evaluating is indispensable in the process of teaching. A perfect course evaluating sys-tem is the key to cultivate innovative talents with high quality. This paper proposed a teaching evaluating system based on the “one positioning, three principles”, and improved the quality management system and management mechanism. Through the construction of the assessment system, we can promote education and training personnel requirements.
