浅谈新常态下高职院校的基层学生党建工作

A Brief Analysis for the Grass-Roots Party Construction Work of Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Normal

摘要: 本文从当前高职院校学生党员队伍的现状，新时期基层党建工作中面临的挑战和机遇等方面，浅析新常态下高职院校学生基层党建工作存在的问题，进而为应对当前基层党建工作中存在的不足提出几点建议，希望引起更多党建工作者的思考，使得我们基层党建工作者在工作中有更多的创新。

Abstract: This article presents the reality of Student Party members team in Higher Vocational Colleges and analyzes the challenges and opportunities that exist in the Grass-Roots Party Construction work in the new period. It shows the existing problems in the Grass-Roots Party Construction work of Higher Vocational Colleges under the new normal. The paper also identifies some suggestions for us to successfully cope with the current situation, and to arouse more and more inspiration, which may lead our Grass-Roots Party Construction workers to have more innovations in the future.
