介绍我国在信息化时代下工程造价管理存在的突出问题，BIM（建筑信息模型）给我国工程造价管理带来新变化，促进建筑各阶段的信息高效共享，通过对BIM在工程造价管理中的应用研究，分析BIM在工程造价管理中的应用价值。
The main problems of engineering cost
management in China are introduced. BIM (building information model) brings new
change in engineering cost management and improves the efficiency of
information sharing in every construction phase. Through the study of BIM
application in engineering cost management, analyzes its huge application value
on project valuation and cost management of the project.
