浅谈高校学生党员发展与管理教育全过程质量保障体系构建

A Preliminary Analysis of Constructing the Quality Guarantee System in Developing and Managing the Whole Education Process of College Student Party Members

摘要: 新形势下，高校大学生党员数量的迅速增加给大学生党员发展和入党后的教育与管理带来了严峻的挑战。目前，高校各级党组织在发展大学生党员和对大学生党员的后续培养教育过程中，存在着种种问题。要确保大学生党员发展“入口”质量和入党后培养教育质量，需要全面提升高校大学生党建工作规范、科学水平，并科学构建、实施大学生党员发展与管理教育全过程质量保障体系。

Abstract: Under the new circumstances, the rapid increase of the number of college student party members poses a serious challenge in college student party members’ development and in educating and managing college student party members after they join the party. At present, there are many problems existing in college party organizations at all levels when they develop college party members and educate and train them subsequently. Colleges need to construct and carry out the quality guarantee system in developing and managing college student party members in a sound way which is the key point to assure the standard of joining the party and the quality of follow-up training and educating of college student party members and to improve the specification and scientific level of college students' party construction work.
