大学生道家价值观与消极完美主义倾向的关系研究

The Relationship of Taoist Values and Negative Perfectionism Tendency in University Students

摘要: 本研究采用《道家价值观问卷》和《消极完美主义问卷》探讨369名大学生道家价值观和消极完美主义的特点及关系。结果表明大学生道家价值观存有性别差异、学科差异和年级差异(P < 0.05)。消极完美主义存有性别差异和年级差异(P < 0.05)。大学生道家价值观总分与消极完美主义倾向呈现显著负相关(P < 0.01)，“心态平和”、“顺势无为”和“超脱寡欲”三个因素对消极完美主义倾向有显著预测作用。本研究证明道家价值观可以减低大学生的消极完美主义水平。

Abstract: In present research, 369 university students were surveyed by the Taoist values questionnaire and the negative perfectionism questionnaire to explore the characteristics and relationships of Taoist values and negative perfectionism. The results showed that the Taoist value of university students was significantly different in gender, subject and grade (P < 0.05). The negative perfec-tionism of university students was significantly different in gender and grade (P < 0.05). There was significant negative correlation between total scores of Taoist values and those of negative perfectionism (P < 0.01). The result of multiple regression suggested that three factors of peace of mind, compliance and inaction, detachment and few desires could predict negative perfectionism tendencies effectively. This present research indicates that the Taoist values can reduce the level of negative perfectionism of university students.
