摘要: 本文通过分析社会制度对企业管理方式的影响,结合作者在企业考察的案例,论述了在互联网时代,企业组织需要建立理性系统和情感系统,将理性与情感交融,而不忽视其中任何一方,企业才能够实现可持续发展。互联网时代的到来也为企业理性系统和情感系统的构建提供了比以往更好的条件。
Abstract: By analyzing how social systems affect organization management methods, and using a real case of a company, this article mainly discusses that in the Internet age, organizations need to establish both rationality system and affection system. An enterprise can achieve sustainable development only by combining rationality and affection. Neither of them should be neglected. The Internet age also provides better conditions for the construction of the rationality system and affection system.
