小产权房问题及其对策研究

摘要: 本文首先对小产权房的概念、特征进行了简单概述。其次,又对小产权房的成因从制度根源、经济原因和政府调控不力、监管不严三个方面进行分析。最后,从政府实践角度和法律视角对小产权房的问题提出了相应对策。
Abstract: In this paper, firstly, the concept and the characteristics of the small property right rooms are simply summarized. Secondly, the causes of small property right rooms are analyzed through three aspects: the root system, economic reasons and lacking of government regulation, lax su-pervision. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the perspectives of government practicing and legal angle for the problems of small property right rooms.
