建国以来高校毕业生就业政策探析

On the Analysis of Employment Policy for College Graduates since the Founding of PRC

摘要: 新中国成立以来，我国高校毕业生就业政策在曲折中向前发展。根据历史时期的演变，大致经历了三个阶段：统包统分阶段、双向自主择业阶段、多渠道就业阶段。这一演变过程表明了毕业生就业政策要与社会主义经济发展相适应，就业政策的实施要尊重主体的利益。此外，多渠道就业不仅符合当今社会的就业趋势，更是大学生职业发展道路上的明智选择。

Abstract: The employment policy for college graduates in our country moved forward tortuously since the founding of PRC. There are three stages according to the evolution of the history: the stage of government-planning assignment, the stage of two-way choice and independent option, the stage of multi-channel employment. The evolution process indicated that the employment policy for college graduates should adapt to the development of the socialist market economy; the implement of the employment policy must respect the benefit of the college graduates. Besides, multi-channel employment not only accords with the current employment trend, but also a wise choice to the college graduates on their career development path.
