摘要: 风力发电已成为内蒙古能源基地的一个重要组成部分。利用SWOT分析，明确内蒙古风电产业的优势和劣势，指出风电产业面临的机遇和挑战，提出风电产业的发展对策和措施，对于促进内蒙古风电产业快速、健康、持续发展具有现实意义。

Abstract: Wind power has become an important part of Inner Mongolia energy base. By using SWOT analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of Inner Mongolia wind power industry are defined, the opportunities and challenges faced by the wind power industry are pointed out and the countermeasures and measures for the development of wind power industry are put forward. It has practical significance to promote the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of the wind power industry in Inner Mongolia.
