区域性儿童重大突发公共卫生事件应急救治体系初探

A Preliminary Study of Regional Children's Major Public Health Emergencies Contingency System

摘要: 建立健全的区域性儿童突发事件救治体系是稳定社会秩序的客观要求，也是政府与社会关注的重要议题。国内各个省市正逐步完善相应的突发公共卫生事件的应急管理及救治预案，但针对儿童重大突发公共卫生事件尚无探讨，本文结合安徽省儿童医院应急救治体系，从医联体、120转运、急救中心、分级诊疗等方面作一概述。

Abstract: To establish regional children’s emergency treatment system is the objective requirement of the stable social order, and also is the government and an important issue of social concern. The domestic provinces and cities are gradually improving the corresponding emergency management and treatment plans for the public health emergencies, but there is no discussion for major emergent public health events aimed at children. This paper will give an overview combining with the children’s hospital emergency treatment system in Anhui province, from the twins and 120 transit, first aid center to hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
