义眼台植入术患者疼痛控制与护理的效果观察

The Effectiveness Observation of Pain Control and Nursing on Prosthesis Implantation Patients

摘要: 目的：探讨义眼台植入患者疼痛控制与护理对缓解疼痛的影响。方法：在175例义眼台植入术的患者中，将89例义眼台植入术患者实施常规护理(对照组)与86例义眼台植入术患者实施疼痛控制与护理(观察组)进行临床效果对比。结果：观察组的疼痛分级明显优于对照组。结论：针对引起义眼台植入术后患者疼痛的原因，采取有效的疼痛控制和护理，在减轻患者痛苦、增进舒适，提高患者生活质量有一定的作用。

Abstract: Objective: This paper will explore the pain control and the effect of nursing on relieving pain for prosthesis implantation patients. Methods: The research included 175 prosthesis implantation patients. Among them, 89 prosthesis implantation patients were cared by routine nursing (control group), and 86 prosthesis implantation patients were cared by the method of pain control and nursing (observation group). The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The pain grade of the observation group was obviously superior to that of the control group. Conclusion: Based on the causes of pain after prosthesis implantation, we used the effective nursing and pain control, which can relieve patients' pain, enhance the comfort, and improve the life quality of patient.
