终身学习背景下的职业教育—以职业变迁为视角

Vocational Education in the Context of Lifelong Learning—In the Perspective of Career Changes

摘要: 科技发展引起社会环境的诸多变化，促使人们学习态度的改变，衍生出更多方便灵敏的学习模式，赋予了终身学习新的重要地位。社会背景下，人类文明进步的本质始终是教育持续的特征。传统知识理论的更新、职场环境的变化都要求终身学习。在专业知识领域和职业实践的能力相结合方面，职业教育作为终身学习的一部分，显得更加必要和急迫。从个体社会的发展历程来看，科学技术的进步，促进了整个就业环境的剧烈变化和各类职业的根本性大更迭。从个体的职业生涯来看，主动的、有意识的学习，对于个体职业生涯的成功而言，作为教育内容的一部分的职业教育，在终身学习的时代要求下更显得不可或缺。

Abstract: The development of science and technology caused many changes of social environment, made people’s learning attitude change, brought more convenient and sensitive learning mode and gave a new important position of lifelong learning. The essence of the social background, the progress of human civilization is always education continuous characteristics. The theory of traditional knowledge update and the change of the workplace environment require lifelong learning. In the field of professional knowledge and professional practice ability, the combination of vocational education as a part of lifelong learning, appears more necessary and urgent. From the perspective of the development of the whole individual class society, the progress of science and technology promotes the employment environment of dramatic change and all kinds of professional funda-mental change. From the point of individual’s career, active and conscious learning is more indis-pensable for the individual career success, as part of the education content of vocational education, under the request of the era of lifelong learning.
