Abstract:
Objective: To analyze guanosine and adenosine of Xiangyungantai. Methods: HPLC, with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase, at 260 nm, volume flow of 0.5 ml/min, column temperature of 30˚C. Results: Guanosine and adenosine were measured in six batches of Xiangyungantai by parallel determination, of which the average content of guanosine is 0.1069 mg/g, and adenosine is 0.1112 mg/g. Conclusion: This test method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for detecting the main nucleoside content of Xiangyungantai.
