基于大四本科生多元性需求的教学研究与实践

摘要: 针对大四本科生学习的多元性需求,结合本科生“专业模块”课程教学改革,对专业课的教学内容和教学方法的多元化进行了研究。研究结果发现,将教学内容与学生未来人生规划结合起来,将教学方法与学生未来的职业训练结合起来,可积极调动学生的内在学习动力,并逐步建立以学生为中心的教学模式。这种教学模式将培养学生的能力放在重要位置,并受到学生的欢迎,值得在其它教学环节中加以参考和推广。
Abstract: In view of the multi-needs of the senior undergraduate students, the diversification of the teaching content and teaching methods of the specialized courses is studied, combined with the reform of the undergraduate “professional module” curriculum teaching. The results of the study showed that students’ intrinsic learning motivation could be initiated and the center of teaching mode for students could be gradually established through integrating students’ future career training and teaching methods. This teaching model will cultivate the ability of students and put it in an important position, which is welcomed by students and could be promoted in other teaching steps.
