The Clinical Applications of Styles and Approaches in Nursing Management

摘要: 护理管理是现代医疗服务中的一项重要内容，旨在拟定系统的管理方案以充分利用护士的潜能、其他相关人员、设备、环境以及社会活动，最终达到提高人类健康水平的目的。近年来，护理管理已逐渐成为护理学领域研究热点，受到研究者广泛关注。目前，我国的护理管理研究正在趋于成熟，合理且高效的管理模式正在进一步探究与优化，并且在临床应用中取得了可观的效果。本文总结了我国近年来在护理管理中发挥显著作用的管理策略，分析其在临床中的应用效果，以及发挥作用的原因与尚待改进的不足，为护理管理相关研究及工作提供参考。

Abstract: Nursing management is an important task of modern medical service, aiming at drawing up sys-tematical approaches of management to make full use of potential of nurses, other related staff, equipment, environment as well as social activities. Finally, it will improve the health level of human. In recent years, nursing management has become a hot topic in nursing science field, with a wide concern by researchers. At present, the researches of nursing management are going to be mature. Reasonable effective management styles are further studied and optimized, getting ideal results in applications. This review summarizes the approaches of recent years that play important roles in nursing management in China, analyzing the reasons of success and the shortcomings that need to be improved and looking forward to providing references for related researches and works of nursing management.
