大型开发园区项目对原住居民就业收入与生活方式的影响—基于南京市几个开发区的调查

The Impact of Large Scale Development Zones on the Income and Life Style of the Original Residents—with the Background of Nanjing

摘要: 根据我国现在城市化发展的现状和有关征地拆迁问题，以南京市为背景，通过问卷结构式访谈方式得到的数据资料，分析大型园区开发项目对原住居民的就业收入与生活方式的影响，发现存在的若干社会问题，并提出相应的解决方案建议。

Abstract: According to the present situation of city development and relevant land expropriation problem in Nanjing city, with the questionnaire interview data, we analyze the effects on the indigenous people’s employment, income and lifestyle of large scale development project, found the social problems, and offer the solutions.
