摘要: 目的:编制研究生创业心理资本量表,并检验其信效度。方法:通过查阅文献、访谈和开放式问卷等方法编制量表题项。采用方便抽样法对955名研究生施测,通过项目分析筛选题目,对数据进行探索性因素分析(n = 459)和验证性因素分析(n = 496)。结果:探索性因素分析获得25个题项,其中事务性心理资本包含了坚韧进取和自信乐观,各因素负荷在.579~.85之间,累计方差贡献率为63.87%;人际性心理资本包含了善于交际和诚信奉献,各因素负荷在.78~.907之间,累计方差贡献率为80.58%。验证性因素分析结果表明量表的模型拟合良好。总量表的Cronbach α系数为.901,事务性心理资本的Cronbach α系数为.863,人际性心理资本的α系数.822,其余因子的α系数在.789~.857之间。结论:研究生创业心理资本量表具有良好的信效度,可在未来相关领域使用。
Abstract: Objective: To develop the Entrepreneurial Psychological Capital Scale (EPCS) for graduate student and test its reliability and validity. Methods: The structure of EPCS was proposed according to theoretical analysis, interview and open questionnaire. The data were collected in a convenient sample of 955 graduate students. The scale was revised through item analysis. The constructing validity of the scale is through exploratory factor analysis (n = 459) and confirmatory factor analysis (n = 496). Result: The exploratory factor analysis indicated that EPCS was composed of 25 items. Task-oriented psychological capital includes toughness and aggressiveness, confidence and optimism. The range of factor loading was between .579 - .85, and they could explain 63.87% of ANOVA. Relationship- oriented psychological capital consists of being good at communication, integrity and dedication. The range of factor loading was between .78 - .907, and they could explain 80.58% of ANOVA. The Cronbach α of the whole scale, the Task-oriented psychological capital and the Relationship- oriented psychological capital were .901, .863, .822. The range of factor loading was between .789 - .857. Conclusion: It suggests that the Entrepreneurial Psychological Capital Scale for graduate students has satisfactory reliability, validity and can be used in the related researches.
