益气养阴方联合I¹²⁵粒子植入治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效研究

Short-Term Effects Research of Qi-Replenishing and Yin-Nourishing Prescription Combined with Iodine-125 Seeds Implantation in Treating Advanced Lung Cancer

摘要: 观察益气养阴方联合I¹²⁵放射性粒子植入治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法：对60例晚期肺癌患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组30例。对照组予CT引导下经皮行I¹²⁵粒子植入术，治疗组予I¹²⁵粒子植入术后，联合服用益气养阴方。观察术后不良反应发生情况，术后4月评估实体瘤疗效。结果：① 治疗组实体瘤有效率83.33%，对照组为70.83%；组间实体瘤疗效差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。② 术后治疗组发热、痰中带血、刺激性咳嗽、白细胞下降的发生率分别为16.67%、10.00%、13.33%、0，对照组上述不良反应的发生率分别为76.67%、36.67%、53.33%、26.67%，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：益气养阴方联合I125粒子植入治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效显著，不良反应发生率低。

Abstract: Objective: To observe short-term effects and side effects of Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing Prescription combined iodine-125 seeds implantation in treating advanced lung cancer. Methods: 60 advanced lung cancer patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was percutaneously implanted with iodine-125 seeds by CT guiding, and treatment group was combined with Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing Prescription, observing the side effects after treatment and evaluating the curative effect of solid tumor 6 months later. Results: ① The solid tumor effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 70.83% in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P < 0. 05). ② The rate of side effects, such as fever, bloody sputum, irritating cough and neutropenia, was 16.67%, 10.00%, 13.33% and 0 in the treatment group. The relative rate was 76.67%, 36.67%, 53.33% and 26.67% in the control group. The difference was significant too (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The short-term effects of Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing Prescription combined with iodine-125 seeds implantation in treating advanced lung cancer are better with lower side-effect rate.
