肾脏原发性纤维肉瘤1例并文献复习
Primary Fibrosarcoma of the Kidney: A Case Report and Review of the Literature
摘要:
肾脏原发性纤维肉瘤是一种来源于肾实质、被膜及肾盂间叶组织的罕见恶性肿瘤，恶性程度高，患者预后差。肾脏原发性纤维肉瘤的临床症状不具有特异性，术前诊断困难。本例患者女性，39岁，因右腰部疼痛伴肉眼血尿3天入院。患者在我院行右肾肿瘤根治术，肾组织病理诊断为纤维肉瘤。患者术后行化疗，14个月后死于肝转移。
Abstract:
Primary fibrosarcoma of the kidney is a kind of rare malignant tumor which comes from mesen-chymal tissue of renal parenchyma, renal capsule, and renal pelvis, and it has high degree of ma-lignancy and poor prognosis. Primary fibrosarcoma of the kidney is usually difficult to diagnose preoperatively because of its there is no specific clinical manifestations. In this case, a 39-year-old woman was admitted to hospital with a history of right lumbago and gross hematuria for three day. The patient was performed nephrectomy of right renal tumor and the pathology showed renal fi-brosarcoma. The patient died of liver metastases for 14 months after surgery.
