抱团养老：老工业城市养老模式的探索

Care for the Elderly Mutually: The Exploration of Old Industrial City Pension Model

摘要: 本文基于老工业城市和中国社会的特殊性，对这类群体实施“抱团养老”的方式是对当前养老模式的一种有益补充。本研究结合社会支持理论和差序格局理论，以及社会工作独特的方法和理念展开研究，认为业缘、地缘、志趣等是抱团的主要途径，进而对城市空巢老人“抱团养老”模式进行有益的探索。

Abstract: This article is based on the old industrial city and the particularity of Chinese society. The implementation of such groups’ “care for the elderly mutually” approach is a useful supplement to the current pension model. This study combines the theory of social support and the theory of difference pattern, as well as the unique methods and ideas of social work. It is believed that the industry edge, geography, and interest are the main ways of “together for old age”, and it is beneficial to the city empty nest old “care for the elderly mutually” model to have a useful exploration.
