摘要: 空预器是锅炉的重要辅机,机组运行中一台空预器跳闸若未及时处理或处理不当,可能会造成锅炉MFT或空气预热器变形卡涩等,对机组安全运行形成巨大威胁。空预器入口烟气温度高极易引起空预器膨胀不均,引起空预器电机电流突升,甚至导致空预器跳闸的事故。空预器电机电流对空预器进口烟温变化较敏感,为避免电流增大过快,保证机组的正常运行,需要制定运行控制措施和空预器跳闸后的处理要点。
Abstract: The air preheater is an important auxiliary engine of the boiler. An air preheater trip, if not dealt with in a timely manner or handled improperly, may cause the boiler MFT or make the air pre-heater to be deformed. The safe operation of the unit is huge threaten. The high temperature of the flue gas at the inlet of the air preheater can lead to the uneven expansion of the air preheater, causing the motor current to rise and even lead to the accident of the air preheater. The air current of the air preheater is sensitive to the change of the smoke temperature. In order to avoid the increase of the current and ensure the normal operation of the unit, it is necessary to set up the operation control measures and the main points after the air preheater trip.
