浅析远程医疗中的法律问题

Analyses of Telemedicine Legal Issues

摘要: 作为一种新型医疗模式，远程医疗可以缓解我国医疗资源分布不均的现状，但是，在其应用发展的过程中也遇到了一些特有的法律难题。本文将对这些难题逐一展开描述，并试探性地提出一些切实可行的建议，望能为建立远程医疗相关法律制度提供借鉴。

Abstract: As a new model of medical service, telemedicine can alleviate the uneven distribution of medical resources in China. However, we also encountered some proprietary legal issues with the application and development of telemedicine. In this paper, I will describe these legal issues one by one put forward some practical recommendations tentatively, and wish that this paper can be helpful to the establishment of telemedicine-related legal system.
