浅析跨国公司区域转移的影响因素

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Transnational Corporations’ Regional Transfer

摘要: 国际金融危机之后，跨国公司的财富进入了跨区域流转的新时期。跨国公司是世界上大部分重要产业与核心技术的拥有者，跨国公司跨区域间转移的实质是公司财富的跨区域转移。受利益驱使，跨国公司在转移自身财富的同时也受到国际政治、国际投资体制以及东道国国内政策等综合因素的影响。区域经济的发展应通过制定合理的产业集群政策，建立完善的社会公共服务体系等措施积极吸引跨国公司财富的转移，从而实现双方的共赢与互利。

Abstract: After the international financial crisis, the wealth of transnational corporations has entered a new period of trans-regional distribution. Multinational corporations are the owners of most important industries and core technologies in the world. The essence of multinational corporations’ trans-regional distribution is the corporate wealth. Driven by interest, multinational corporations are distributing their wealth while influenced by international politics, international investment system and host country’s domestic policies. The development of regional economy should actively promote the transfer of wealth of transnational corporations through the establishment of reasonable industrial cluster policies and the establishment of a perfect social public service system, so as to achieve win-win situation and mutual benefit.
