北京师范大学第二附属中学男子排球队人才培养理念探索研究

Talent Training Philosophy Exploration Research of Men’s Volleyball Team of the Second High School Attached to Beijing Normal University

摘要:  “回归教育、排球育人”是北京师范大学第二附属中学男子排球队的人才培养理念，本文对该理念进行了探索研究。结果表明：在“回归教育、排球育人”人才培养理念的指导下北京师范大学第二附属中学男子排球队经过十年探索实践，走出了一条以排球为载体、以育人为目标的全面发展之路。

Abstract: “Return to education and volleyball education” is the second high school attached to Beijing nor-mal university, the talent training concept of the men volleyball team, this paper has carried on the exploration research. The results show that the male volleyball team of the second high school attached to Beijing normal university, under the guidance of “return to education and volleyball education”, has gone through ten years of exploration and practice, and stepped out a comprehensive development with volleyball as the carrier and education as the goal.
