关于头皮针刺激区的定位问题

On the Positioning of the Scalp Needle Stimulation Areas

摘要: 本文探讨了有关头皮针刺激区的定位问题，主要结果如下：1) 头皮针流派众多，但不同头皮针流派的刺激区定位大同小异。2) 头皮针刺激区主要是依据神经中枢的解剖和功能定位而确定，与穴位的概念有别。3) 头皮针刺激区的部位不是一个“点”或者一条“线”，而是一个特定区域的“面”。4) 头皮针刺激区的边界是模糊和不确定的，因此各刺激区只能看作是一个大致对应于大脑皮层各功能区体表投影的局部区域。作者希望，这些分析结果对于头皮针疗法的临床应用或将有所俾益。

Abstract: The positioning of the scalp needle stimulation area was explored in this article, and the main results are as follows: 1) There are many scalp needle schools, but the positioning of different scalp needle stimulation areas is much the same. 2) The positioning of scalp needle stimulation area is mainly based on the anatomy and functional location of the nerve center, and is different from the concept of acupoints. 3) Scalp needle stimulation area is not a “point” or a “line”, but a specific area of “face”. 4) The boundary of the scalp needle stimulation area is fuzzy and uncertain, so the stimulation area can only be regarded as a local area corresponding to the projection of the functional area of the cerebral cortex. The author hopes that these results will be useful for the clinical application of scalp acupuncture therapy.
