强化诊断与改进以促进优质高职院校建设

Strengthening Diagnosis and Improvement to Promote the Construction of Quality Vocational Colleges

摘要: 我国高职教育经历了国家示范院校、骨干院校建设，直至目前推出优质高职院校建设，办学环境极大改善，但内涵建设还需加强。教育部适时推出诊断与改进方案，作为办学方的学校，应增强诊断与改进理念，构建教学管理系统，提升质量管理信息化水平，增强内涵建设，建设一流专业，真正建好优质高职院校。

Abstract: Higher vocational education in China has experienced the construction of national model colleges and backbone colleges. Nowadays the high quality construction of higher vocational colleges is put forward and the school environment has been improved greatly. But the connotation construction still needs to be strengthened. As the diagnosis and improvement program has been launched in due course by Ministry of Education, schools should strengthen the concept of diagnosis and im-provement, develop the teaching management system, improve the level of quality management information, enhance the connotation construction, build the first-class professional, and truly build the high quality vocational colleges.
