井场安全生产智能监控系统设计

摘要: 针对常规井场视频监控系统在人工值守方面出现的问题,从系统架构、技术和方法、应用实现方面进行井场安全生产智能监控系统设计,目的在于弥补人工值守不可避免的视觉不敏感,提高对井场各类不安全行为的辨识度和预警效率,对违章操作进行监督、纠错及取证,提高现场生产作业人员遵章守纪和安全意识。基于该设计的井场安全生产智能监控系统,能够实现钻井井场生产作业全过程、全方位、全天候的智能化视频监控,提高企业安全监管水平。
Abstract: The intelligent monitoring system of safety production on well site was a video surveillance sys-tem which could provide whole process, all-round, all-weather monitoring of drilling safety pro-duction situation. The system aimed to improve personnel compliance and safety awareness, su-pervision and correction of illegal operation. This paper briefly introduces the frame of the intelligent monitoring system of safety production on site, and mainly expounds the intelligent application design of wellsite video intelligent analysis system. The construction and use of this system would greatly improve the efficiency of wellsite monitoring and control, and make the on-site safety management more efficient, timely and accurate.
