摘要: 本文针对开放小区对道路通行能力影响的评估与分析，先找取评价一段单行道路通行能力的评价指标，再拓展至整个道路系统对道路的通行能力进行分析。鉴于已知数据较少，本文采用通过模型求数据，再通过数据进行分析的方式对道路通行能力和开放小区的模式作出评估，从而对开放式小区道路的建设提出优化设计。
Abstract: In this paper, according to the assessment and analysis of the influence of the open area on the road capacity, the author evaluates the evaluation index of the one-way road capacity, and then extends to the whole road system to analyze the road capacity. In view of the low number of known data, this paper uses the model to find the data, and then through the data analysis of the way the road capacity and open cell model to assess, so as to open the construction of the district road to optimize the design.
