高校大学生就业焦虑、职业决策困难与自尊之间的关系研究

The Relationship between College Students’ Employment Anxiety, Career Decision-Making Difficulties and Self-Esteem

摘要: 目的：为了探讨高校大学生的就业焦虑、职业决策困难和自尊之间的关系。方法：利用就业焦虑量表，职业决策困难问卷，Rosenberg自尊量表对300名大学生进行研究。结果：大学生自尊，就业焦虑和职业决策存在显著的负相关，相关系数分别为r = −0.285，−0.308，P < 0.05。职业决策困难与就业焦虑显著正相关(r = 0.491, P < 0.05)；回归分析发现，当职业决策困难进入回归方程，自尊对就业焦虑的预测效应从−0.285下降到−0.113。结论：自尊以职业决策困难为中介影响就业焦虑。

Abstract: Objective: In order to explore the relationship between jobs anxiety, career decision-making dif-ficulties and self-esteem of college student employment. Methods: I use jobs anxiety questionnaire, career decision-making difficulties questionnaires and Rosenberg self-esteem scale to study 300 college students. Results: Self-esteem was negatively related to jobs anxiety and career decision-making difficulties. The correlation coefficient were r = −0.285 and −0.308, P < 0.05. There was a positively correlation between career decision-making difficulties and jobs anxiety (r = 0.491, P < 0.05). Regression analysis found that the predictive effect of self-esteem on employment anxiety decreased from −0.285 to −0.113 when career decision difficulties entered the regression equation. Conclusion: The employment anxiety is influenced by the difficulty of self-esteem in career decision-making.
