腮腺肿瘤切除手术患者围术期内护理干预效果观察

摘要: 目的：研究总结腮腺肿瘤切除手术患者围术期内护理干预效果。方法：抽取我院五官科2013年1月~2017年1月收治腮腺肿瘤切除术患者100例，为研究对象。按照患者护理方法选择结果，分为研究组和对照组，对照组进行常规护理，研究组进行临床护理路径。统计两组患者临床观察指标和满意度。结果：研究组患者临床观察指标中手术时间、术后恢复肛门排气时间、术后恢复进餐时间、术后恢复下床活动时间以及住院时间均比对照组显著缩短(P < 0.05)。并发症发生率两组没有差异(P < 0.05)。研究组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：腮腺肿瘤切除手术患者围术期内采用临床护理路径措施，能够改善患者预后，提高患者满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on parotid tumor resection. Method: 100 patients with parotid tumor resection in our department of Stomatology from Janu-ary 2013 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the results of the patient care methods, they were divided into study group and control group, the control group received routine nursing care, the study group underwent clinical nursing pathways, the clinical observation indexes and satisfaction degree of the two groups were counted. Result: The operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative recovery, ambulation time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The complication rate was not different between the two groups (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical nursing pathway measures in perioperative period of parotidectomy can improve the prognosis and improve the satisfaction of patients.
