新升本科院校人力资源管理初探
Study on the Management of Human Resources for NewUniversities and Colleges
摘要: 本文借助管理学当中的有关理论和方法,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方式,对新升本科院校在人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行了剖析。人力资源配置方面主要存在如下问题,即:教师总量缺乏,教师负担重;教师使用效率低,未能充分挖掘教师潜力;教师职称结构不合理,高职称教师年龄偏大;教师学历结构不合理,现有教师中,本科学历占绝大比重,硕、博等高学历人员比重低;教师知识结构不合理;并且针对如上问题从盘活存量资源、提高增量资源两个方面提出了优化人力资源配置的思路。其结论是:由于客观条件的限制、管理者思想意识转变的不够迅速影响了新升本科院校人力资源的合理配置,因而迫切需要完善和创新制度、研究制定和实施策略。
Abstract: This study used case studies in the field to analyze the problems of human resources management of new universities and colleges and presented the ways of rational distribution of human resources through the use of observation, collection and access to college files; log the minutes, as well as specific documents. The conclusion of this study is: we can find that the limitation of existing conditions from the current problems in the process of Human resource allocation at new universities and colleges, the slow changes of ideology of the administrators has a quick influence on Human resources allocation of the college
