关于北宋儿童收养律法的研究
A Study on the Law of Child Adoption in the Northern Song Dynasty
摘要:
本文首先讨论北宋朝收养律法的来源，即其主要承袭隋唐五代的律法；至北宋哲宗时期开始出现儿童收养机构设置的法律，徽宗时期扩大收养机构的设置以及限定收养的年龄；其次，针对承平时期和特殊时期分别讨论了收养律法的特点等一些细节。
Abstract:
In the present paper, the source of the adoption law for the Northern Song Dynasty, has been discussed; that is, it inherits the law of the Sui and Tang dynasties. The adoption agency was firstly established in the period of Song Zhezong in the Northern Song Dynasty, and was expanded by Song Huizong with the limit of adoption age. Moreover, the characteristics of the adoption law in the peaceful period and special period have been discussed respectively with some other details.
