薄型子宫内膜诊疗进展
Evolving Management of Thin Endometrium
摘要: 宫腔手术操作可能导致子宫内膜过薄,从而影响子宫内膜容受性。而子宫内膜容受性的建立是成功胚胎植入的必要条件之一,对胚胎植入和着床有重要意义。近年来,研究改善子宫内膜容受性方法层出不穷。中医主要以补肾活血法为主,西医主要以抗凝药、激素类药物等为主。本文就近年来中西医在改善子宫内膜容受性方面进展进行综述。
Abstract: Careless operation of uterine cavity may cause endometrial damage, therefore, effecting endometrial receptivity, which is of great importance and servers as one of the necessary conditions of successful embryo implantation. Recently, various treatments of improving endometrial receptivity have emerged. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) mainly aims at nourishing kidney and activating blood. Anticoagulants and Hormones are used by western medicine. In this paper, we reviewed treatments of improving endometrial receptivity by TCM and western medicine in recent years.
