Explore Social Resources to Meet the Needs of Community Care Services—Based on the Elderly Eye Health Survey Report in Wuxi City

摘要: 目的：充分发挥辖区内的民企医疗资源，为社区养老服务。方法：新视界眼科医院在全市范围内开展“老年人眼病防控”免费普查工作，共涉及4个区、93个街道、702个社区。结果：为期9个月总共普查43,492个人，查出有眼病的人6282个，占14.44%。后续医院再进行治疗及手术等一系列的医疗服务。结论：充分发挥民企医疗资源，政府加强监管，多元化的补充社区养老医疗资源的不足，提高老年人的生活质量，为社区养老服务。

Abstract: Objective: To give full play to the medical resources of private enterprises in the jurisdiction, and to serve the community. Methods: Xinshijie Eye Hospital carried out the free census for the prevention and control of the elderly in the whole city, covering 4 districts, 93 streets and 702 communities. Results: A total of 43,492 people were surveyed for 9 months, and 6282 were diagnosed with eye diseases, accounting for 14.44%. A series of medical services, such as treatment and surgery, will be performed in subsequent hospitals. Conclusion: To give full play to the medical resources of private enterprises, the government should strengthen supervision, to supplement the shortage of the community pension resources, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and serve the community pension service.
