核心素养视野下语文学业质量评价的偏差问题及其矫正

The Deviation and Correction of the Evaluation of Chinese Academic Quality under the View of Core Literacy

摘要: 核心素养是21世纪必备的品格和关键的能力，成为世界各国学科课程改革的时代潮流。但是，在我国以核心素养为本，推进语文课程深层次的改革中却偏离了这种潮流，具体表现在语文学业质量评价问题上。一是语言运用方面比较欠缺；二是高阶思维技能方面比较欠缺；三是审美能力方面比较欠缺；四是中华传统优秀文化传承方面比较欠缺。本文通过问卷调查法，文献梳理法，访谈法在核心素养的视野下，从语言建构与运用、思维发展与提升、审美鉴赏与创造、文化传承与理解四个方面来分析原因，以期矫正在语文核心素养下学业质量评价存在的偏差，给出行之有效的解决意见。

Abstract: Core literacy is the essential character and key ability of the twenty-first Century, and has become the trend of the world’s curriculum reform. However, in our country with the core literacy as the basis, to promote the reform of the deep level of Chinese language curriculum, it has deviated from this trend, which is manifested in the evaluation of Chinese academic quality. One is the lack of language use; two is the lack of higher order thinking skills; three is the lack of aesthetic ability; four is the lack of Chinese traditional cultural heritage. This paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: Language construction and application, thinking development and promotion, aesthetic appreciation and creation, cultural inheritance and understanding from the perspective of core literacy by questionnaire survey method and interview method.
