摘要: 目的：为了解濒临灭绝的国宝普氏野马消化道常见寄生虫的感染情况及驱虫效果的研究。方法：驱虫前后采集试验马匹排出的新鲜粪样，采用蠕虫虫卵检查法及虫卵计数法进行检测。结果：驱虫后的染虫率较驱虫前明显降低。结论：驱虫药物有效，试验达到一定的效果。
Abstract: Objective: To study the infection status and insect repellent effect of common parasites in the digestive tract of the endangered Equus przewalskii. Method: Test before and after the insect repellent horses from fresh fecal samples using worm eggs test and eggs counting method for testing. Result: The rate of insecticide after deworming was significantly lower than that before deworming. Conclusion: The insect repellent drug is effective and the test has achieved certain effects.
