Abstract: Acute kidney injury is caused by prerenal, renal, and post-renal factors leading to acute decline in renal function, causing a sudden rise in blood creatinine and urea nitrogen, which is higher than the normal level of clinical syndrome. Acute kidney injury in dogs is more common in the clinic, because some dogs have poor response to conventional treatment, and the treatment is difficult and the cure rate is low. A case report of a typical canine acute kidney injury disease is not responded to conventional treatment, and a case report of rapid healing by integrated Chinese and Western medicine is used to provide a reference for clinicians.
