摘要: 为解决GDX500包装机生产过程中铝箔纸堵塞停机频繁的问题,提出一种通过优化压筋辊结构的方法。应用效果表明,改造后的GDX500包装机铝箔纸堵塞停机频次已由活动前的23.4次/天下降为10.3次/天,GDX500包装机生产过程中铝箔纸堵塞停机频繁的问题得到大幅改善。
Abstract: In order to solve the problem that aluminum foil paper clogging and stopping frequently in the production process of GDX500 packaging machine, a method is proposed in the article to optimize the structure of compressive roller. The application effect shows that the occlusion stop frequency of the modified GDX500 packing machine has decreased from 23.4 times/day before the activity to 10.3 times/day. The problem of aluminum foil paper clogging and stopping frequently in the pro-cess of GD.X500 production has been greatly improved.
