高职艺术设计师资继续教育的几点思考

Thoughts on Art Design Teachers’ Continuing Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 高等学校的核心竞争力，关键是人才的竞争力。从高职院校的艺术设计专业来说，一支高水平的师资队伍，是艺术设计教育走向成功的重中之重。为了使我国艺术设计教育走上健康的道路，师资继续教育和培训工作必不可少。师资继续教育是一个长期的过程，是一项巨大的工程。应该基于灵活性、针对性和内外结合的原则，利用校内和校外的各种资源多教师进行多方面的继续教育和培训。

Abstract: The key to the core competitiveness of colleges had been the competitiveness of talents. For the major in higher vocational colleges, art design, a high-level faculty had been the top priority of art design education’s success. In order to put China’s art design education on a healthy path, contin-uing education and training for teachers had been indispensable. Continuing education for teachers had been a long-term process and a huge project. Based on the principles of flexibility, pertinence, internal and external integration, a variety of resources on campus and off-campus should be used to carry out multi-faceted continuing education and training.
