金志春治疗复发性流产患者早孕期血栓前状态的经验

摘要: 金志春教授擅于治疗中医妇科、生殖医学与性医学等方面疾病，对于复发性流产患者早孕期血栓前状态的诊治有独特心得体会及肯定的疗效，认为复发性流产患者常有脾肾亏虚，而血栓前状态与中医学中血行不畅相关，提出补肾健脾，调和气血法治疗复发性流产患者早孕期血栓前状态，获得较好疗效，兹将其治疗经验总结如下。
Abstract: Professor Zhichun Jin is good at treating traditional Chinese medicine gynecology, reproductive medicine and sexual medicine. He has a unique experience and positive effect on the diagnosis and treatment of prethrombotic state in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. He believes that patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion often have spleen and kidney deficiency. The prethrombotic state is related to poor blood flow in traditional Chinese medicine. It is proposed to use notifying kidney and spleen and reconcile qi and blood to treat prethrombotic state of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy, which obtain good curative effect. The treatment experience is summarized as follows.
