我国非上市商业银行绩效评价——基于因子分析法的实证研究

Performance Evaluation of China’s Non-Listed Commercial Banks—An Empirical Study Based on Factor Analysis

摘要: 本文运用因子分析的实证方法，选取我国20家非上市商业银行作为研究对象，利用2012~2016五年的数据，对评价对象绩效状况进行横向与纵向分析，找出不同商业银行之间绩效的差距，着重从发展能力因子、风控和流动能力因子、盈利能力因子三方面进行评价，构建我国非上市商业银行绩效评价体系，并运用该体系对样本银行进行绩效排序。本研究客观反映我国非上市商业银行的绩效情况，为非上市商业银行改善经营业绩提供一定借鉴。

Abstract: This paper uses the empirical method of factor analysis to select 20 non-listed commercial banks in China as the research object. Using the data of 2012-2016, it makes a horizontal and vertical analysis of the performance of the evaluation objects, and finds out the performance gap between different commercial banks, focusing on the development capacity factor, wind control and liquidity factor, profitability factor to construct the performance evaluation system of China’s non-listed commercial banks, and use this system to rank the performance of sample banks. This study ob-jectively reflects the performance of China’s non-listed commercial banks, and provides some ref-erence for non-listed commercial banks to improve their operating performance.
