摘要:
目的：观察、探讨年轻人高血压视网膜病变特点、病因及治疗。方法：经眼底检查、荧光血管造影确诊为高血压视网膜病变且首诊眼科的10例20只眼年轻患者纳入研究。所有患者均以视力下降为首发症状，常规视力、裂隙灯显微镜、间接检眼镜、荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查，对其临床特征、病因及治疗进行回顾性研究。结果：10例患者中9例为慢性肾功能不全；1例为继发性高血压原因待查。经内科治疗后全部病例眼部情况好转，视力提高。结论：对于临床上遇有双眼对称性视网膜病变的年轻人，应积极寻找全身疾病的因素，充分考虑到原发疾病的影响，寻找病因，早期诊断，早期治疗。
Abstract: To observe and explore the clinical feature, cause and the treatment of the hypertensive retinopa-thy in young people. Methods: Ten hypertensive retinopathy patients(20 eyes)with ocular complaints received exami-nations of visual acuity, slit-lamp microscope, indirect ophthalmoscope and funds fluorescence angiography(FFA)．The results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among ten patients, 9 cases are chronic renal failure,1 case is secondary hypertension. After the treatment in medical, all the patient’s vision improved. Conclusions: For the young patient who suffered the symmetry retinopathy disease, we should look for systemic disease positively, consider the influence of the primary diseases, find the cause, diagnostic and treatment earlier.
