借鉴国外经验，推动我国“嵌入式”养老模式的发展

Using Foreign Experience to Promote the Development of China’s “Embedded” Pension Mode

摘要: 本文简述了我国“未富先老”的特殊国情，通过借鉴国外医疗卫生体系、养老模式以及相关养老政策，完善我国“嵌入式”养老模式，满足老人的照护、医疗、经济需求，并且提出未来养老事业应朝着智能化发展，通过护士多点执业与养老事业的结合逐步加强老人的健康教育，同时需要注重社会公平，以期为我国“嵌入式”养老模式的发展提供参考。

Abstract: This article introduced the special national conditions of “getting old before getting rich” in our country. Through drawing lessons from foreign medical and health system, model and related pension policy, our country’s “embedded” pension mode is improved, to meet the demand of the old men’s care, medical, and economic requirement. And it is put forward that the future pension business should develop to the intelligent direction. By the combination of nurses’ multi-sited li-cense and old-age care, health education for the elderly is gradually strengthened, and at the same time, we need to pay attention to social fairness, in order to provide reference for the development of “embedded” pension model in our country.
