推进高校教学改革提升教学质量
Promoting Teaching Reform and Improving Teaching Quality
摘要:
以提升高校课堂教学质量为研究出发点,剖析传统灌输式教学的不足。提出探究式课堂教学改革方式。课前学生利用教材、辅助教学资料、慕课、微课等在线课程资源等先学后教,让教更有针对性;以学定教,让教更具有效性。课堂上教师有效地把学生组织起来,充分利用同学之间的学习资源,来营造互帮互助共同受益的学习组织和学习氛围。“精抓传统教学、增强现代教学、创新课堂教学、完善管理评价”四项措施并举推进课堂教学改革,不断提升教学质量。
Abstract:
The starting point of this thesis is to improve the quality of classroom teaching in universities. It analyzes the shortcomings of traditional cramming teaching and puts forward to the inquiry-based classroom teaching methods. The students do preview on textbooks, auxiliary teaching materials or with online resources, such as MOOC and micro-courses before class, thus teaching on class will be more targeted and more effective. Teachers organize students effectively on class, make full use of the learning resources among students to create a learning organization and learning atmosphere of mutual help and mutual benefit. Refining traditional teaching, strengthening modern teaching, innovating classroom teaching, improving management evaluation, the above four measures are carried out together to promote classroom teaching reforms and constantly improve teaching quality.
