胆结石围术期护理结果分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Results of Gallstones

摘要: 目的：探讨不同术式治疗胆结石的护理效果。方法：对施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理方法进行总结，并与开腹胆囊切除术进行比较。结果：住院时间、手术时间、肛门首次排气时间、下床活动时间、I级护理时间比较，观察组均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。并发症发生率2组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：LC是目前治疗胆结石较为理想的主要手段，不仅减少了护理工作量，护理质量也有了明显提高。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the nursing effect of different operative methods for gallstones. Methods: Nursing methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were summarized and compared with open cholecystectomy. Results: Length of hospital stay, operative time, anus exhaust time, ambulation time and the first time I level nursing time comparison, of the observation group were less than the control group; the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: LC is an ideal primary method for the treatment of gallstones at present, which not only reduces the workload of nursing, but also significantly improves the quality of nursing.
