摘要: 目的：探讨咽旁间隙感染导致声带麻痹的机理，研究声带麻痹的病因。方法：依照颈部强化CT所示进行一侧颈部切开、开放颈部间隙，切除颈部肌化肿块，解剖喉返神经，充分引流。结果：经过一侧颈部切开，咽旁间隙充分开放引流，解剖喉返神经，患者术后1月声带活动正常。结论：导致声带麻痹的原因很多，往往不可逆，非特异性感染造成的单侧声带麻痹罕见，有一定的可逆性。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the mechanism of vocal cord paralysis caused by parapharyngeal space infection and the etiology of vocal cord paralysis. Methods: According to the enhanced neck CT, one side of the neck was cut open and the space between the necks was opened. Results: One side of the neck was cut open; the parapharyngeal space was fully opened for drainage; and the recurrent laryngeal nerve was dissected. Conclusion: There are many causes leading to vocal cord paralysis, and unilateral vocal cord paralysis caused by non-specific infection is rare and reversible.
